Professional experiences

Since 1996 Camellini is pursuing the profession of lawyer mainly in civil field.
She has acquired knowledge and experience of business realities and issues related to criminal and administrative liability of corporate entities.
Chairman of Supervisory Board of a quoted company and member of supervisory bodies of several nationally important companies.
Member of Institution of insolvency practitioners that organize specific seminars on recent reforms that involved bankruptcy law.
She was appointed several times as curator in insolvency procedures by Court of Reggio Emilia,
and also defense lawyer of bankruptcy in court cases of particular interest for the subjects treated.
Supervisor for a workshop on a subject of D.Lgs. 231/01 with particular attention to crimes connected to safety at the workplace and environmental crimes.
She cooperated to “Commentario al Codice Civile” published by Giuffrè prepared by P. Cendon.

Educational training

Graduated with honors in Law at the University of Modena, thesis “Fixed-term contract: legislative developments”, Supervisor: Prof. Luisa Galantino.
She has participated to “Tavoli di Lavoro 231” held in Milan from April to December 2012, aimed at providing participants necessary techniques to ensure proper functioning of Supervisory Body, efficient implementation of Organization model, Management and Control and timely updating of it.
